Only public plans with an established, verified host and an approved, independent member qualify. Both accounts must have been created and email-verified at least 7 days ago. Venue-owner plans are excluded. Repeat hosts, members and pairs cannot stack credit for the same place. Views, likes and paid boosts do not affect this organic ranking.
Excluded or capped activity can be legitimate. These are ranking safeguards, not proof of fraud or attendance; coordinated established accounts can still require review.
