Development release: the operator’s public contact address is still being finalised before public launch.
A place to make plans
Who’s Out helps adults find social plans and public meeting places. You must be at least 18 to participate and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and contact support if someone else gains access to your account.
Hosting and joining
Plans have a start time and duration. They are Upcoming before the start, Happening now until the scheduled end, then Past. Existing plans without a chosen duration use two hours. Joining after the start is possible only when the host allows late joining and the plan still has space. Past plans and their memories remain accessible to the same permitted audience. A host can choose “Make this plan again” to review a new plan; participants, invitations, messages and media are not copied.
A host chooses whether to approve a join request. A request is not a confirmed place until approved. Keep plan details accurate, choose a public meeting point, respect the stated group capacity and tell the group promptly about changes or cancellations.
A meeting-place listing or selection is not a booking, reservation, endorsement or guarantee of access. Check opening hours, access requirements and any costs directly with the venue. Hosts and participants arrange and take part in their own activities.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or exploit others. Do not post unlawful material, scams, spam, someone else’s private information without permission, or content you lack the right to share. Respect boundaries and leave a situation that feels unsafe.
You retain your rights in your content. By submitting it, you permit the service to store, process, resize where appropriate and display it to the audiences needed for the feature you use, including authorised moderation review. Only submit photos and other material that you have permission to use.
Business and community listings
Represent your connection to a business honestly. Community suggestions describe places and do not claim ownership. Submissions and edits are reviewed before publication; review is not identity verification or a guarantee about a venue.
Explore shows reviewed activities suggested by businesses. Businesses must describe the activity, availability, suitable group size and any price clearly, and withdraw information that is no longer accurate. Creating a Who’s Out plan from an activity does not reserve space, buy a ticket or make a payment. Check any booking requirements with the venue before attending. Posts expire at the end of their stated availability and can be reported for review.
Safety and moderation
Keep submitted text, photos and videos suitable for this social planning service. Do not upload nudity, sexual imagery, graphic violence or content that threatens or attacks other people. Automated checks may ask you to edit text or choose different media before it can be shared. These checks are limited and do not guarantee that content or a meeting is safe.
Email verification confirms access to an email address, not someone’s identity. Use reporting and blocking tools when appropriate. The team may restrict accounts or content for misuse and preserve relevant evidence. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
Who’s Out is not an emergency service and reports are not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Availability and account requests
The development service may change or experience interruptions. Live location needs a visible page and is not continuous background tracking. Email delivery and media playback can depend on external providers and your device.
You can request a copy of your information or account deletion through account settings or support. Review the privacy notice for how personal information and shared content are handled. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law gives you.
